Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At FarmQuix, we’re committed to quality. We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for any other reasons.


1) Eligibility — When can you request a return/exchange?

we have 48hr return timeframe within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after this window may not be accepted.

  • The product is damaged/defective on arrival; or
  • You received the wrong item/variant/quantity.

 Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only for wrong or defective/damaged products.

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

If you prefer, we can exchange the defective or wrong product with the correct/replacement product (subject to availability). If approved the exchanged/replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 day
